Sol Orwell started his first website in 1997, soon after immigrating to Canada. By 1999 he had started his first online business, and in the ensuing decades, has worked in many different industries, from programming to online games to local search and more.
In his mid-20s, he opted to retire, freeing up time to do what he wanted, when he wanted. Transforming from fat to fit, he investigated the whys and hows behind nutrition, health, and fitness. This research led to him co-founding Examine, which analyzes and summarizes the latest scientific research to help you be healthier.
Sol is also an avid philanthropist, having raised over $750,000 for local non-profits in Toronto.
