Kimberly Bliss has worked with nonprofits for the past decade, with an emphasis on community engagement and public awareness. Her roles have included Executive Director, Equitable Communities; Teaching Artist Fellow, Community Word Project; Consultant, Marquis Studios, and Network Faculty, National Center for Economic Education, a program of The Council for Economic Education and Associate Director, The Project art gallery. She was named a co-winner in the 2014 Yale Alumni Nonprofit Alliance Social Enterprise Showdown and currently serves on the board of directors of several nonprofits. When she is not writing grants for MedShadow Foundation she is writing fiction.
Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
