Chris Foster is a strategy and organizational development business leader who specializes in helping organizations achieve their missions effectively. He is currently the Director of Strategy and Business Analytics at CMMB – Healthier Lives Worldwide, a global health NGO focused on women’s and children’s health. He is responsible for advancing strategy implementation and organizational effectiveness, including initiatives related to business analytics, digital engagement, fundraising and technology. He received the Humentum Operational Excellence Award in 2011, is a project management trainer, and helped craft the Program Management for International Development Professionals (PgMD Pro) certification guide.
Prior to joining CMMB, Chris worked as a private sector business consultant with a variety of large, multinational companies. He holds a MA degree from Columbia University in organizational psychology, with a focus in conflict resolution and organizational change and consultation. Chris often volunteers in the NYC area and occasionally works as a consultant for small to midsize businesses and nonprofits.
