
Terence Kannengieser is a highly talented, results-driven executive with over 15 years’ experience in the accounting and finance industry. In 2018, Terence launched his own financial consulting company, TPK Consulting, LLC, offering outsourced CFO and strategic business services to small to mid-sized companies, pre-revenue entities, companies amid a transition, and other businesses experiencing new or increased levels of financial reporting. With a solid understanding of US GAAP and complex accounting issues, he has demonstrated the ability to seamlessly integrate all aspects of a company’s operations with their financial planning and reporting requirements.
Prior to forming TPK Consulting LLC, Terence served as Chief Financial Officer of Strome Networks, a provider of telecommunications physical infrastructure. Specifically, the company offered fiber-optic solutions to enterprises such as carrier networks, content providers, internet service providers, universities, small businesses, government enterprises and data centers.
Terence also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in their Financial Services division. At PwC he specialized in the audits of large public multi-national insurance clients, handling the financial reporting and assurance needs of those entities.
Terence was born and raised in Queens, New York. From early age he developed an interest in community outreach, both at school and through his church. He attended Regis High School in Manhattan, where he continued his service commitment and community/school involvement. Terence attended the College of the Holy Cross located in Worcester, Massachusetts where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting. He currently holds an active Certified Public Accountant license in the state of New York. He is members of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
