Brynne Hawrylak, MA, LPC, CAADC, CCTP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings an array of skills, education and knowledge with more than 35 years of combined counseling and corporate experience. Her background gives her a unique ability to address a spectrum of mental health needs in the workplace or on an individual/group basis. She tailors therapy to the particular needs of each client with an emphasis on resiliency, wellness and strength-based solutions.
As the founder and president of CRS Inc., she provided executive search and performance coaching services to a variety of organizations. Client relationships ranged from technology and financial service firms to Fortune 500 and midsized companies. She engaged in all aspects of the employment process, focusing on optimizing long-term success for candidates and clients alike.
Previously, she was Director of Recruitment for Sibson & Co. – a premier international management consulting firm, and served as a Vice President and Team Leader at Bankers Trust Company (Deutsche Bank). As a Senior Consultant in Peat Marwick’s (KPMG) Executive Search Practice, she served clients in all industries and functional areas.
Hawrylak has a master’s in professional clinical counseling from LaSalle University majoring in addictions and an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in group dynamics and conflict management.
