The Fosamax Case Before The Supreme Court

In the fall of 2018, MedShadow Foundation and three past FDA executives contributed an amici curiae brief to the Supreme Court in the case of Merck vs. Albrecht. The Fosamax Case is Before the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court heard the case on Monday, January 7, 2019. The ruling is expected to be published in May.
