I’m Garnell Bradley, the digital marketing producer for MedShadow Foundation. I take information from the articles you read and give them visual life. I do this with the infographics and guides you may see, or with video, such as our interviews and first-person patient stories. 

As you may know, our primary mission at MedShadow is to raise awareness of the risks and benefits associated with medications. Part of  that mission is met by offering ways that people can protect themselves from harmful side effects—mainly, by preventing the need for medication in the first place. 

In my role, I’ve had the luxury of learning directly from people who have overcome major health scares, doctors who treat some of the world’s most common conditions, and experts working to advance medical research. One fact that they all agree upon is that a properly managed diet goes a long, long way in treating and preventing most illnesses. Unfortunately, general physicians are rarely able to enforce these preventative measures, and the supremely capitalist society we’re all subjected to works hard to make unhealthy foods the easiest to get. 

That’s why I created Mediterranean: From Diet to Lifestyle in 2022—to help guide our readers to understand what experts believe is the best way to eat healthily. It is also why I’d like to formally introduce you to another concept: Whole Thirty: The Elimination Diet.

While the Mediterranean diet guide is meant to serve you with long-term health goals, Whole Thirty is a short-term crash course in healthy eating. Many of our readers and listeners have already used the Whole Thirty challenge to address major health issues; some have shared their challenges with us in our first-person patient stories and podcast episodes. 

The Whole Thirty diet has proven to be so effective at correcting such a wide range of health issues, that we wanted to make it available to you all as a free resource. We hope you’ll use it, share it with your loved ones, and find it as helpful as I have in reorienting my diet and eating habits.

I was all excited after reading the article about the 30 elimination diet. However I can see no way to access it. Feeling frustrated, but anticipating hopefully.
