
Chris Foster is a strategy and organizational development business leader who specializes in helping organizations achieve their missions effectively. He is currently the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Analytics at CMMB – Healthier Lives Worldwide, a global health NGO focused on strengthening healthcare systems in many under-resourced areas around the world. He is responsible for CMMB’s strategy development and implementation, working with the network leadership team and board of directors, manages the revenue operations team, and leads special projects. He received the Humentum Operational Excellence Award in 2011, is a project management trainer, and helped develop the Program Management for International Development Professionals (PgMD Pro) certification guide.
Prior to joining CMMB, Chris worked as a private sector business consultant with a variety of large, multinational companies. He holds a MA degree from Columbia University in organizational psychology, with a focus in conflict resolution and organizational change and consultation. Chris volunteers in the Washington, DC area and occasionally works as an advisor/consultant for small to midsize businesses and nonprofits.
