
Linda Tepedino is a senior Human Resources consultant and co-founder of BlackWhiteGray Consulting Group, Inc. She formed the company after more than 25 years in Human Resources, leading HR strategy and operations in growing and changing organizations, and now applies that experience to support small and growing companies.
Throughout her career, Tependino successfully developed and rebranded Human Resources functions based on business partnership and strengthened senior leadership teams to position them to lead change. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Communication from New York University and earned a certification in Conflict Resolution at Columbia University’s International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution and is a certified leadership coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Tependino is a trained mediator and conflict coach and volunteers with the New York Peace Institute, where she mediates community and workplace conflicts. In addition, she is currently on the Board of Directors of the NYC Anti-Violence Project.
