All good advice that I’ve honestly tried . I include having a shower and fresh nightclothes. However I have taken sleeping tablets for 40 years. I tried three weeks without and hoped this would allow me to stop but it was or much.At best I floated and nightmared and couldn’t stop falling asleep in then afternoon after lunch .
